Return + shipping Policy
Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by its original tags. Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges; no exceptions.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before exchanging merchandise. Simply contact our Customer Support team by emailing support@winnersarewe.com within 14 business days of the order's delivery date. If authorized, domestic orders will be provided a prepaid shipping label.
After receiving the merchandise, we require up to 5 business days to process the exchange.
Please Note: Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of WinnersAreWe. FINAL SALE items include underwear, swimwear, and other merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged. Original shipping fees are not refundable, however a shipping label will be provided for domestic orders to return the merchandise. Only one prepaid shipping label will be provided per domestic order.
Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 5-9 business days. Made to order are 1-3 weeks for production. Please note made to order may take extra time depending on work load. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.
WINNERSAREWE. is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. WINNERSAREWE does not hold responsibility for package that state are delivered.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 2 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
